Neuilly-sur-Seine, 11 December 2009 - Following the Thales Board of Directors’ meeting
on 10 December 2009, Luc Vigneron, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, met with
the Thales Works Council (“Comité Central d’Entreprise”), in order to inform it of the
evolution of the Group’s organisation.
In order to simplify Thales's operations, foster
transverse synergies and commercial reactivity, and to increase performance, the
project includes the creation of three large areas and seven divisions.
In order to implement this project, Luc Vigneron
has appointed a new Executive Committee, composed of:
